Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne In addition to being pastor, is passionate about training up the next generation. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transform Lives Through God's Unchangeable Truth.
