Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actress from America. Her film debut was in Bad Boys (1983). After that, she joined the Bratpack and starred on screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy's is both an American actress, and author. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was well-received for this film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, where other actors were also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her breakthrough in her first film she also appeared in the comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. The film was written and directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest films made by high school students ever made. Even though the budget for this film was only $1 million, the film has made more than $50 million. Also, she began to appear on various television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. The show was targeted at teens which began in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other series in where she's been featured. Her most recent appearances includes Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which Sheedy appears as a guest. Sheedy has been praised for her outstanding performances. has been awarded numerous times, including her MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in 2005.
