Her birth was originally scheduled to take place at St. Vincent's Hospital in southwest Portland however the hospital was out of beds, and her parents had to go to Clackamas. She moved next to Arts and Communication Magnet Academy Beaverton and received her high-school diploma. The actress's educational ambitions did not end here.
